Sixty years have passed since that April 10, 1961, when the nascent revolutionary government approved the creation of these educational institutions to guarantee the incorporation of women into work, the care and education of their children.
Faced with the shortages and hardships imposed by the YANKI BLOCK, the imagination of educators rises, capable of creating toys, teaching aids, material basis of life so that the educational process in early childhood passes with quality.
