Taking into account the implementation of Decree Law 17/2020 that deals with the Implementation of the Monetary Regulation Process in our country, which entails the elimination of the existing monetary and exchange duality in the current economic model, in addition to the correction of the Wholesale and retail prices of products and services provided to the population as well as the Comprehensive Salary reform of the State, Non-State and Pensioners Sector, from the application of Resolutions 311, 312, 315, 329, 346 all of the Ministry of Finances and Prices which establish or approve the powers of formation of Wholesale and Retail prices to the population and state entities, which were taken into consideration for the formation of the prices that are listed below:
